Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini is lining up a bid for Inter Milan midfielder Wesley Sneijder.
Mancini has been stung into action after Belgian playmaker Eden Hazard snubbed a move to the Etihad Stadium in favour of Premier League rivals Chelsea.
Now City are ready to meet Inter's £30m asking price for Dutch midfielder Sneijder, reports the Gazzetta dello Sport.
Manchester United also held talks with the Italian club in January but were unable to agree a fee for the 27-year-old.
