Manchester City are chasing Reggiana junior Achim Mastour.
Just 14 years of age, Mastour is known to clubs across Europe, including City and Real Madrid.
AC Milan have opened talks with Reggiana for Mastour, which is expected to see City make a counter offer as they continue to attempt to improve the quality in their youth system.
