Manchester City chairman Thaksin Shinawatra has broken his silence over the future of manager Sven Goran Eriksson.
Press speculation has suggested Thaksin is disappointed with the team's performance in the second-half of the season and is considering Eriksson's future.
When asked by reporters in Dubai this morning whether Eriksson's job at the Premier League club was in jeopardy, Thaksin said: "There are no plans at the moment. We will have to evaluate at the end of the season."
