Want-away Manchester City captain Carlos Tevez has felt let down by management.
The Sun says sources close to Tevez say this is not about money as he already earns in excess of £200,000 a week and has three years left on his mammoth deal.
He felt let down at hearing manager Roberto Mancini was willing to offer him as part of a swap deal which would have seen Inter Milan's Samuel Eto'o head to Eastlands.
Tevez will also have noted with interest that the family of chief executive Garry Cook are also reported to have found it difficult to settle in Manchester and have returned to America.
Mancini is now likely to turn his attentions to Tevez's fellow countryman Sergio Aguero. He will need a fee of around £20m to tempt Atletico Madrid to part with him.
