Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany loves the idea of being crowned Premier League champions by beating Manchester United.
After victory over Stoke City, the title could be sealed with victory against Manchester United on April 7.
"Everybody in the blue side of Manchester knows it's a once in a lifetime opportunity (to win the title against United), but steady, it won't be handed to us," Kompany said.
"Every win brings you closer to your goal but we want to keep this standard until the end of the season and into the next season too."
City have now headed straight for Manchester airport on Monday night to fly off on a five-day warm-weather break in Abu Dhabi, where they will watch Friday's Champions League quarter-final draw.
