Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola says Barcelona's remarkable Champions League win over PSG last week can serve as motivation for his players.
The Catalan club's extraordinary comeback to beat the French giants 6-1 in the Round of 16 second leg for a 6-5 aggregate triumph is sure to act as a reference point for managers for years to come.
"It is not easy to have faith when it is 4-0 against you," said Guardiola ahead of City's return leg with AS Monaco on Wednesday.
"But the most important thing was they believed it. That is what I have to try to convince my players of.
"The first step is you have to dream of being in the quarter-finals, you have to believe you can qualify. That is the first step. After that we are going to see."
City lead the French club 5-3 following their own phenomenal European match at the Etihad Stadium last month.
