Manchester City landed Malaga superkid Brahim Abdelkader Diaz by blowing rivals Barcelona out of the water.
The 14 year-old midfielder has been likened to Lionel Messi and Barca coaching were convinced Brahim would make a first team debut for the Spanish giants by the time he was 16.
However, he is now signing for City after they offered €362,000 as a first up payment for the teen.
Barca's best offer was €50,000 upfront with another €3 million based on appearances and success. City's dealmaker was for €362,000 upfront with a final fee being due of 3 million.
