Manchester City boss Sven Goran Eriksson is urging Rolando Bianchi to stay focused as he waits for his first team chance.

He said: "No-one is happy when they do not play but in modern football you need a squad of 20-23 players for a long season.

"The chances will be there and it is important to take it when you are called up.

"The strikers are giving me the same problem as the goalkeepers. They are working hard and getting sharper."
