Man City manager Pep Guardiola has refuted the claims that he is once again involved in a feud with midfielder Yaya Toure.
The 34-year-old, who signed a new one-year deal with City in the summer, is yet to play in the league this season, but he made his first appearance of the season in the League Cup win at West Brom.
After the game, Guardiola made it very clear that Toure remains a key part of his squad.
He said: "We are going to use him.
"We need him and of course it's not easy for the players who didn't play in the last games.
"But he showed his personality because it's not easy for him to play in these type of games at West Brom but he did it well and that's why we're happy for him to come back."
