Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini is yet to speak with Joe Hart since his gaffe at Chelsea.
The Daily Express says sources close to Hart, 26, that Pellegrini did not hold talks with him, as expected, yesterday when the City players reported for a warm-down session after Sunday's defeat.
But, regardless of his latest blunder, Hart does not expect to play at Capital One Cup opponents Newcastle United because Romanian giant Costel Pantilimon usually plays in domestic cup games. He may have to travel to sit on the bench, however, because third-choice keeper Richard Wright is injured.
