Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini is staying tightlipped over their deal for Porto defender Eliaquim Mangala.
Pellegrini refuses to discuss the Frenchman until everything is rubberstamped.
Mangala has been pictured in Manchester at the Bridgewater Hospital to undergo a medical and a video subsequently appearing on City's site of the defender.
"I think it's important not to talk about things that are not 100 per cent, so I'll keep my opinion about that," Pellegrini said when asked about the French international.
