Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini remains interested in Porto midfielder Fernando.

The Brazilian missed out on a deadline day move to City in January and it was expected Pellegrini would move onto other midfield targets this summer.

However, the Daily Mail says City are set to return for Fernando when the transfer window re-opens.
