City boss Manuel Pellegrini is in the market for a new defensive signing and AS says Miranda is on his radar.
Pellegrini attempted to sign the former Sao Paulo defender for Malaga and remains a big fan.
Miranda is viewed as an alternative to Real Madrid defender Pepe at City.
