Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini is impressed by Mauricio Pochettino's work at Southampton.
City face Southampton this weekend.
"I know him (Pochettino) very well, he's a good manager and has done a good job," he said.
"It is not good for any team to lose three games in a row but they are a good team with a good manager.
"They have good players; (Luke) Shaw, (Jay) Rodriguez, (Adam) Lallana and (Dani) Osvaldo is a good striker.
"It will be a difficult game."
