Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini accepts he's at the club to win silverware.
His mindset is the same as when he arrived at The Etihad - and that is to win even more honours as City face their old enemy Manchester United this lunchtime.
He said: "For me the obligation is exactly the same as in the first season. And the second season doesn't depend on what I did before.
"The way I evaluate myself and this team is never to be comfortable to win only one or two titles.
"You must continue to grow every year. You must try to continue being the most successful team.
"The pressure is the same. My pressure is the same. We are going to continue in the same way.
"I said last year when everyone was talking about the way we played - that we cannot play with two strikers, that we defend very badly.
"But finally we won two titles. This team won two of the last three titles."
