Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini insists he does not have a rift with midfielder Samir Nasri.
Nasri put in a very poor performance in City's 1-0 defeat at the hands of Barcelona in the Champions League Round of 16 second leg clash at the Nou Camp last month and as a consequence, the Frenchman was dropped from the first team for the match against West Bromwich Albion last time out in the Premier League.
With Nasri being unceremoniously dumped, there were suspicions that the France international had fallen out with manager Pellegrini, however, the City boss has moved on to quash such rumors and stated that the former Arsenal man was left out purely due to footballing reasons.
The Chilean said: "He is a player of our squad. In this moment we have the complete squad fit, so when you have the complete squad fit you must have two or three names out of the squad list in the next game.
"It can be for different reasons, whether it is physical or tactical, but that can change every week."
