Man City boss Pellegrini happy Aguero drew BLANK in victory over Swansea

Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini was happy to see Sergio Aguero NOT get on the scoresheet in victory over Swansea City.

Aguero drew a rare blank against the Swans but City came from behind to win thanks to goals from Stevan Jovetic and Yaya Toure.

Pellegrini said: "I think always it's important for a player to score but more than the goal, the whole team must be happy we played well today. We started 1-0 behind but we had the trust to continue playing. We had chances to score and we won the game against a very good team who played very well.

"I think the same last season, we scored so many goals but all players were important. Here Sergio could not do it but today Yaya and Jovetic scored."
