Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini explained holding back two of his new boys for last night's win over South China in Hong Kong.
Stevan Jovetic, a £22.4m buy from Fiorentina, and another new boy Jesus Navas were left on the bench as they only joined up with the squad on Monday.
Chilean Pellegrini said: "We'll see in the next few days with David Silva, Aguero and Jovetic as well.
"There were four important players who didn't play today. Maybe two or three could play on Saturday.
"I think that a big club like Manchester City always has a lot of pressure.
"It's very important to play under pressure. The players play better under pressure so we're not scared by that."
