Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini is blocking Shaun Wright-Phillips' move away.
The Mirror says Mancini has told Shaun Wright-Phillips he can't leave the club until they find a replacement.
The England winger is wanted by Bolton, Wigan and Sunderland and is keen to kick-start his career away from Eastlands, where he has been a victim of the amount of competition for a place in Mancini's side.
However, the Italian has rocked Wright-Phillips by telling him he'll have to wait to move because City have yet to land a genuine right winger to take his place.
