The 22 year-old Senegalese has talked up the interest of Arsenal in the past, but is now interesting mega spenders City.

City boss Roberto Mancini posted scouts to see Kouyate in action in Turkey during Anderlecht's winter training camp, but he was forced to the sidelines due to minor illness.
