Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has confirmed his row with Carlos Tevez.

The pair exchanged insults at halftime of their victory over Newcastle United.

Mancini told Gazzetta dello Sport: "It was a show of strength. Before returning to the pitch we had already cleared things up and when I replaced him at the end, we shook hands."
