Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has told his millionaire players - it's my way or the highway. He has reasserted his authority after a week when it was questioned by Carlos Tevez and Edin Dzeko.

Mancini said: "It's finished. I'm the manager, our focus is on the Premier League and the Champions League. The other things are not my problem.

"The only complication I had two days ago was that we lost against Bayern Munich. Only this. The other thing, no, absolutely."

The 'other thing' was Tevez refusing to come on as a substitute for City at the Allianz Arena - a claim the Argentine denies - while fellow striker Dzeko showed open dissent when Mancini hauled him off.

Tevez has been suspended for two weeks pending a full investigation into the incident by the club.
