Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini admits it's been a battle since his arrival in England.

Mancini admits that his life in England and at City has been a tough baptism.

But he's ­adamant that he won't leave it to another manager when he's done all the hard work.

He said: "When you arrive in a new country it's difficult not just for me but for any manager because you have to build a new team with new players. But we are near the ­finishing line."
