Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini is ready to hand Carlos Tevez a first start since his comeback against Sunderland.
Top scorer Sergio Aguero is still struggling to overcome an ankle injury which kept him out of last weekend's draw at Stoke.
If Aguero fails to make it, Mancini is planning to turn to Tevez.
