Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has hit out at Financial Fair Play laws. The Premier League clubs narrowly voted in measures to curb excess spending which will stop clubs from doing what City have done over the last 4½ years under Sheikh Mansour's ownership.
Mancini said: "If I am a rich man and I want to spend all my money for my team, it's my job.
"I do not agree with this rule but it is only my opinion. If you want to buy good players you have to spend money. This isn't only for us it is for every team."
