Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini insists Micah Richards' knee injury isn't as serious as first reported.

There's been talk Richards will be out for three months.

"I read Micah could be out for three months but I don't know why," said Mancini. "It's not bad so for this reason I think he will be out for one month. Four weeks maximum.

"He put only two stitches in his knee. For this reason, maybe four weeks."
