Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini admits he plans talks with Carlos Tevez to mend any differences.
Tevez was critical of Mancini in an interview this week.
But the manager isn't taking the Argie's words personally, insisting: "When he works, he works well like the other player. I don't know why he said this.
"When I played I once criticised my manager, saying, 'Oh, this training is not good for us'.
"But when that manager was sacked I was so sad because I thought he was the best manager ever and I knew I had made a mistake.
"I knew I was wrong when I attacked the manager.
"I will have time to speak to Carlos in the next few weeks."
