Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini is fed-up with his unwanted players still being at the club.
Mancini is growing increasingly frustrated the financial impact of keeping big earners like Emmanuel Adebayor, Craig Bellamy, Roque Santa Cruz and Wayne Bridge on the books is hampering his attempts to bring in more new signings before the end of the month.
While Carlos Tevez and Shaun Wright- Phillips - two more players signed by his predecessor, Mark Hughes - might yet have a future at City, Mancini has told the rest they are simply getting in the way.
"I didn't buy these players,' he said. 'I can only answer for the players that I buy. I tried with these players two years ago but they're not part of my plans.
"I'm sorry for this because I respect these players but it's better that I'm clear with them. It's not my fault."
Asked if Bellamy, for instance, could play for City again, Mancini replied: "Not at the moment, no."
