Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini hopes the worst is over regarding Mario Balotelli's discipline problems.

The People says Mancini was so angry with hot-headed Balotelli after one game last season he threw a suitcase at the young Italian during a dressing-room row.

And as recently as last summer, Balotelli was dragged off against LA Galaxy on the pre-season tour of America after a back-heel attempt at goal made Mancini flip.
