Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has slapped a nightly curfew on his players for the title run-in.
The Mail on Sunday says Mancini imposed a 9pm curfew on his players at their Player of the Year awards with the club just 180 minutes away from their first title since 1968.
In a week when three Aston Villa players were disciplined for a fracas in the early hours of the morning following a boozy awards ceremony, Mancini was taking no chances when City’s multi-million pound stars gathered at the Etihad Stadium for their tribute night on Thursday.
