Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini is delighted to see former club Inter Milan reach the Champions League final.
Jose Mourinho was brought in to take this club to their first Final since 1972 and he has achieved that, beating Barcelona 3-2 on aggregate.
"I am very happy both for the Moratti family, who had been waiting a long time for this, and for the players," said the Manchester City manager.
"After all, at least 80 per cent of the players were in my team and together we started the road to success."
Thiago Motta was sent off at the Nou Camp, but despite the 1-0 defeat, the Nerazzurri went through.
"When you play against Barcelona and within the opening half-hour you're reduced to 10 men, you can't help but sit back and defend.
"The credit for this result goes to Mourinho, who prepared for the game, and of course the team."
