Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has taken a fresh swipe at runaway leaders Manchester United.
Mancini saw his team cut the gap at the top to 13 points with victory over Wigan - then moaned that Manchester United had been given a helping hand at West Ham.
City have a game in hand and boss Mancini was angry they are not closer as Robin van Persie's leveller at Upton Park should have been disallowed.
He said: "If they hadn't scored an offside goal it would be even fewer points. We could have got it down to nine."
