Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has revealed Emmanuel Adebayor could make a return to Real Madrid.
Real coach Jose Mourinho was coy about the prospect when Adebayor took in their friendly at Leicester City on the weekend.
"Adebayor wants to go to Real Madrid and if they want to take him, they can," Mancini said.
"We have four top strikers and it is really difficult [for the others]. Manu needs to play and I would be happy for him to go back to Real Madrid. I hope he can go back there."
