Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini is ready to play Sergio Aguero against Real Madrid.
The Argentine star has been sidelined since injuring his knee in the opening day win over Southampton.
But he has responded well to treatment and should feature in the Champions League clash with Real Madrid.
Mancini said: "Sergio will travel with us. He worked with the team in the last three days before the Stoke game.
"We didn't want to take any risks with him - but maybe he can be ready for Madrid.
"Will he start? I don't know. After Stoke he has two days working with the team so I think he will have a chance."
