Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has confirmed plans to hand new signing Edin Dzeko a quick debut.
After their 2-2 draw at Leicester City, Mancini said Dzeko will make his debut against Wolves next weekend after watching the cup clash from the stands.
He confirmed: "Dzeko will be an important player, he is very different from the other strikers we have here.
"He will be important for the rest of the season. He will play next weekend and be available against Wolverhampton."
