Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini admits he's a big fan of Napoli star pair Edinson Cavani and Marek Hamsik.

Mancini has been following the duo since he was in charge of Inter Milan.

"Cavani was the first attacker that I recommended to Inter President Massimo Moratti," the Manchester City boss told Il Domani dello Sport.

"You can ask Moratti about it. I saw Cavani in action during his second game in Italy when he appeared at San Siro.

"It's the same scenario for Hamsik. I was his first fan in Italy."
