Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has received a boost ahead of their Champions League debut against Napoli.
The Sun says Aldo Mancini, 75, is on the road to recovery after a heart attack in July 2010.
Manchester City's boss was desperate for his dad to see him lift the FA Cup at Wembley in May.
He did not make it then but has flown in now to watch City's Champions League debut against Napoli.
Mancini Jr said: "My father sometimes criticises me."
