Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has told Arsenal counterpart Arsene Wenger to stop moaning about their financial differences.Arsenal boss Wenger has constantly accused City of financial doping following Sheikh Mansour's takeover at the Etihad.
Mancini said: "A lot of teams, like Arsenal in the past, have spent money on big players. This is normal.
"This is happening every time. All the managers just want to talk about money - all of the time.
"But it is clear that we only have 11 players on the pitch like everyone else.
Asked whether it is a coincidence that Arsenal have failed to win a trophy since 2005 during a period of transfer-market austerity at the Emirates and that Wenger is jealous, the City boss added: "I don't know. What I do know is that we all need to buy players if we want to improve and stay at the top."
