Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini admits their clash with Manchester United later this season is likely to be a title decider.

Mancini accepts there is little room for error and that the meeting of the two Manchester clubs in April could well prove decisive.

He said: "Probably - it could be. I don't know what will happen in these nine games before United, but I think United will win 11 games from now until the end. We need to do the same."

Mancini does not want any slip-ups against relegation-threatened Bolton Wanderers.

He said: "I think it will be the same game we played against Blackburn, very difficult.

"If you don't score you can have a problem - Bolton play football.

"All these games are tough because they play for relegation and they fight for every ball."
