Manchester City boss Mark Hughes is set for transfer talks with the club's owners next month.
Hughes is due for talks with new chairman Khaldoon Al Maburak and will present the Abu Dhabi United Group with a wish list.
City have been linked with Cristiano Ronaldo, Stevie Gerrard and Cesc Fabregas. Sparky said: "In the November break, there will be a chance to go over and put our plans and needs to the Abu Dhabi Group.
"We hope we will be able to spend in January. Situations may develop and players become available we thought weren't - like with Robinho."
