Manchester City boss Mark Hughes has no doubt Roque Santa Cruz will settle quickly after giving his first minutes against West Ham United on Monday.

"It is easy for top quality players to gel quickly," he said.

"If you are a player of lesser ability then the trauma of changing clubs and joining players who have only just come through the door may be more difficult."
