Manchester City boss Mark Hughes has revealed fresh transfer talks are planned with the club's owners.

Hughes is heading to Abu Dhabi in two weeks for a meeting with billionaire owner Sheikh Mansour to discuss transfer targets.

Sparky said: "I've sent them the targets and our strategy in relation to player acquisition and we will be having further discussions.

"We are looking to add to the quality we have and to be stronger in all areas."
