Manchester City boss Mark Hughes is eyeing Celtic midfielder Scott Brown.

Hughes has already offered Hamburg £15million for Dutch midfield player Nigel De Jong, but Brown is another holding player on his radar.

The 23-year-old has been a big hit at Celtic and his performances have caught the eye of several Premier League bosses.
