Manchester City boss Mark Hughes has no problem with Craig Bellamy and Robinho rowing with eachother.
The duo clashed after City's 2-0 defeat at Portsmouth 12 days ago, says The Sun.
Hughes said: "There has been a lot said about it but players have been raising voices and speaking to each other in the dressing room for years and years.
"It happened in my day and there's no change. People want to jump on a situation and maybe it's because of the individuals involved.
"But it's healthy and important players can voice an opinion and I always encourage that.
"It can't always come from the manager or the coaches, it must come from within as well.
"When you get to that stage as a group, then everybody understands the standards you have to hit to be a consistently effective team."
