Manchester City boss Mark Hughes has granted Robinho permission to return home to Brazil.
Robinho and all of the foreign stars have been allowed home for four days with City not playing until next Thursday's UEFA Cup tie with Aalborg.
Robinho, 25, was rapped in January after leaving a Tenerife training camp without permission.
That came as City's bid to land his countryman and pal Kaka from AC Milan collapsed.
The £32.5million ace said he had left to sort out a personal problem.
Robinho will undergo physio on his injured ankle while in Brazil and should return to the team for the Aalborg game at Eastlands.
