New Manchester City boss Mark Hughes is chasing Blackburn Rovers striker Roque Santa Cruz.
The Mail on Sunday says Hughes wants Rovers' Peru striker Santa Cruz but will have to take on Arsenal and Manchester United for his signature. But he is unlikely to challenge Liverpool in a £10 million bidding war for England midfielder David Bentley.
