Man City boss Guardiola warns Hart he'll spend time in stands

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has warned Joe Hart he could spend time in the stands if he chooses to stay.

Hart will share sub duties with Willy Caballero and Angus Gunn, unless he moves club before Wednesday's transfer deadline.

Boss Guardiola said: “With four goalkeepers it is difficult. But Joe is here and if he stays we will do the best for him but also Willy and Angus.

“If all four stay the best solution is for everybody to be involved — they are going to be in rotation. It is not ideal.

“It won't be the same one who is always on the bench. They need to play. The situation is not easy.

“I respect their contracts and the situation. I will be clear what the solution will be."
