Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is ready to dump Joe Hart for Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo.
AS says when Guardiola first agreed to join the club, Gerónimo Rulli and Victor Valdés were heavily linked with a move to Manchester, but now it seems that the Catalan's radar has centred firmly on Barcelona's Claudio Bravo.
The Chilean keeper's impressive Copa America campaign has persuaded Pep that he'd be the perfect alternative for his number one spot at City.
According to the Daily Mail, Xabier Mancisidor – City's goalkeeper trainer – already tried to sign Bravo last season when he was an assistant to Manuel Pellegrini, with Mancisidor already knowing Bravo well from their time at Real Sociedad together.
The British newspaper reports that the possibility of the transfer going through has been made more likely by Barcelona's hierarchy showing greater preference for Marc-Andre Ter Stegen in recent months.
