Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola admits he's keeping tabs on Roberto de Zerbi's work with Sassuolo.
De Zerbi is emerging as one of the brightest young coaches on the continent.
He said: "In Italy, Spain, Germany, Brazil ... there is talent, there are good and young players, just like good coaches.
"De Zerbi a mini Guardiola? They talked to me very well about him and his teams. He makes proactive football. We judge the results, but there are very well prepared coaches here.
"The best in Serie A? There are many players I like. I prefer to see a team.
"(Maurizio) Sarri? I expected him to be able to impose himself quickly in England."
