Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola remains hopeful of bringing Isco to England this summer.

The Real Madrid midfielder's agents met with City officials in Madrid last month to discuss a Premier League transfer. However since then, Isco has seen more action under coach Zinedine Zidane and is feeling better about his future at Real.

El Chiringuito TV says Guardiola remains keen on signing Isco and talks are continuing with his representatives.

It has been suggested Isco would leave if Zidane was confirmed for next season, but the relationship between the pair has improved in recent weeks.

However, Isco isn't ruling anything out after being informed Guardiola sees him at City as David Silva's long-term successor.
